The most important thing to understand

We coordinate. Licensed professionals deliver care.

This isn’t a legal footnote — it’s the whole model. We are the trusted party on the ground doing the arranging, chasing and communicating. Every clinical decision belongs to a licensed clinician.

LWaaS Health does

  • Receive and understand your request
  • Coordinate and match providers
  • Schedule appointments, home visits and diagnostics
  • Source healthcare services and equipment vendors
  • Coordinate transport where applicable
  • Manage payments, documentation and follow-up
  • Communicate with the family and provide status updates
  • Manage the end-to-end service workflow

Licensed professionals & facilities do

  • Medical diagnosis
  • Clinical assessment and treatment decisions
  • Prescriptions and procedures
  • Clinical monitoring
  • Emergency medical care
  • Clinical reports

We will never describe ourselves as providing rapid medical intervention, or imply that submitting a request guarantees an emergency response. If a situation may be life-threatening, we tell you to contact emergency services — first, and before anything else.

Where would you like to start?

Three ways in, depending on who you are and who needs care.

I'm coordinating care for family in Nigeria

You're in London, Toronto, Houston or Berlin. Your parents are in Enugu, Lagos or Kano. You don't want to call ten different people — you want to say "here is the situation, please handle it."

Start with Healthcare Concierge

I need healthcare support for myself or my family

You're in Nigeria and need help finding and coordinating the right specialist, arranging diagnostics, or setting up care at home for someone who shouldn't be travelling to a clinic.

Occupational health, staff wellness programmes, clinic setup, workplace medical assessments, health policy, or sourcing and procuring medical equipment through properly licensed suppliers.

What this actually looks like

David is in London. His father is in Abuja and unwell.

He doesn’t know which hospital to use, which specialist to contact, whether his father should go to a hospital or be seen at home, what it will cost, or how to arrange any of it from 4,000 miles away. He has a full-time job and a five-hour time difference.

He opens LWaaS, selects Healthcare Concierge, and describes the situation — his father’s name, age, location, what’s happening, who’s with him, the HMO, and roughly what he can spend.

A Health Coordinator reads it within the hour, classifies the urgency operationally, and arranges the rest: a licensed clinician, the right facility, an appointment, transport if needed, payment, and the follow-up. David gets updates without asking for them.

  1. 1Request received

David describes the situation. No medical vocabulary required.

  2. 2Coordination review

A Health Coordinator triages operationally — never clinically.

  3. 3Provider matching

MDCN-verified options presented with fees and availability.

  4. 4Care delivered

The clinician treats. We handle scheduling, transport and payment.

  5. 5Documentation & follow-up

Reports collected, next steps arranged, family kept informed.

The provider network

A verified directory, not a list of names.

Every doctor in the network holds a current MDCN registration and an active annual practising licence — registration alone is not enough to practise lawfully in Nigeria, and we check both. Facilities, laboratories, pharmacies and equipment vendors are verified against their own applicable licensing.

Credentialing is owned by our Clinical Lead, re-checked on a fixed cadence, and a lapsed licence removes a provider from matching immediately.

To say it one more time, plainly

LWaaS Health is a healthcare coordination service. We find and match licensed providers, arrange appointments and home visits, coordinate transport and diagnostics, manage payments and documentation, and keep families updated. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, monitor clinically, or provide emergency medical care — licensed healthcare professionals and licensed facilities do all of that. If a situation is or may be life-threatening, contact your local emergency services immediately rather than using this platform.
